How It Works

We’re a licensed medical practice that offers telehealth services. The process is simple, secure, and can be done from your own home.

  • Compounding is a process where medications are made to meet a patient's individual needs. When a medication is in short supply, compounding pharmacies can make versions of high-demand medications. This includes semaglutide and tirzepatide, which are the same as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, and Mounjaro®. These medications are made by pharmacies that meet state and FDA requirements. Compounded drugs are not subject to FDA approval.

    Semaglutide and Tirzepatide should not be used by patients with type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. They are also not recommended for people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2.

    Contraindications:

    These medications should only be prescribed by a healthcare provider who has reviewed your medical history and current health status. Regular follow-up appointments are important to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed. This helps maximize benefits and minimize risks.

    How much do these medications cost?

    Compounded Tirzepatide: Pricing starts at $395.

    There is an initial fee of $250 that includes lab work and a telehealth consultation with a physician. A monthly Wellness Membership is available for $199, including unlimited physician check-ins and follow-up lab work.

  • Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are only available for patients over 18 and are not recommended for individuals over 75.

  • Most common side effects (occurring in ≥5% of patients) include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain, headache, fatigue, indigestion, dizziness, stomach bloating, burping, low blood sugar, gas, stomach flu, acid reflux, and sore throat.

    Serious risks: Thyroid tumors, pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, low blood sugar, kidney injury, allergic reactions, eye problems, increased heart rate, and suicidal thoughts.

    Semaglutide:

    Most common side effects (occurring in ≥5% of patients) include nausea, diarrhea, decreased appetite, low blood sugar, vomiting, constipation, indigestion, and abdominal pain.

    Serious risks: Thyroid tumors, pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, low blood sugar, kidney injury, allergic reactions, severe stomach problems, vision changes, increased heart rate, and suicidal thoughts.

    Tirzepatide:
